In this paper,a method of real time diagnosis was discussed by using expert system CLIPS and Visual Basic. Through advanced Language. application program and expert knowledge base were developed, and by transferring CLIPS dynamic link library. the real time fault diagnosis for CODOG power system was accomplished.
