Aimed at the problems of the operational profiles of software reliability test is difficult to determine and the traditional software reliability test data without considering fault ranking,a method of determining operational profiles is presented through statistical user action logs,meanwhile,a new method of collecting failure data is constructed by introducing the fault ranking to software reliability test data.The new method compiles statistics different ranking of fault data.The GEMS’s(GJB500A-based engineering management system) reliability testdata is used to verify this new method,which is compared to otherwell-known methods,indicated that this new method of collecting failure data is superior than the traditional method,and it can best support system reliability estimate without serious defects.
