On the Legality of Monitoring

Monitoring is a covert and technical investigative device. It has been playing an important role in investigating crimes. But it also harms the right of privacy. So monitoring must be regulated strictly. There is no provision in the Chinese criminal litigation system,which can very well protect people's right.
