The Existence of Solutions to Drift-Diffusion Models with Nonlinear MobiliTy

In this paper we consider the following drift-diffusion model with nonlinear mobility:u t -div(φ(u)-b(u)w)=-R(u,v)v t -div(φ(v)+b(v)w)=-R(u,v)-Δw=v-u+C whereφ(u)=u,b(u)=u β ,1≤β2,The existence of the solutions ar proved by using respectively Schauder fixed point theory and the integral estimates.
