The Criminal Definition and Value Assessment of the Virtual Net Property

Virtual net property is some specific data and information which is stored in computer internet servers.It can be classified into three kinds: the virtual net property which has transaction value,non-reality transaction value and the kind of transformation.Virtual net property,having economic value,is independent and can be controlled.The virtual net property,which has transaction value or is transformed,is in accordance with the characteristic and feature of substance.Both of them should be protected by criminal law.We need to define its measurement methods on the basis of classification in the judicial practice,providing a legal basis to define the amount of the proceeds of crime.
