According to the distribution of funds to all kinds of rates,this article make a linear programming model through the analysis of fluid capital,fixed capital and income from fluid capital rate.Then make further analysis and refining of this model,get the program of capital distribution.Finally,calculate out the concrete number of capital distribution.
