The object of computer crime attacks is various.Objectively,this crime expresses as violating the computer systems of the state affairs,the building up of national defence and the top science and technology field by cutting off and modifying the information,or destorying the software and hardware of the computer information system;illegaly getting money and materials,stealing the state secrete and other criminal deeds by use of the computer feature.Stopping this crime lies in keeping watch.Only by comprehensive treatment from technology,management and laws can the effective keeping watch purpose be reached.
