Theory and Implementation of GMSK Tamed Spread Spectrum Modulation Technology

GMSK Modulation mode with Tamed Spread Spectrum technology is widely used in burst communication and hopping frequency communication in which required higher data rate and limited bandwidth.The three methods and the principle block diagram of GMSK Tamed Spread Spectrum Modulation mode are analyzed,a simulation performance comparison is conducted,its features and basic principles and implementation solution are described.Finally,the basic format of information transmission through GMSK soft spread spectrum modulation and basic method of information recovery with circulation related to the despreading and demodulation are introduced to apply in general engineering.The methods described here can be used for digitalization of GMSK Tamed Spread Spectrum in engineering,which will replace the traditional SAW matching filter with improved system stability and lower cost of hardware.
