Improve the Quality of the Science Journals and Create Famous-branded Journals

After probing into the current quality problems existing in JOURNAL OF IRON AND STEEL RESEACHING,of the science journal of metallurgy and the quality problems and opinions concerning JOURNAL OF IRON AND STEEL RESEACHING,raised by the proofreading specialists,we think the measures in improving quality of JOURNAL OF IRON AND STEEL RESEACHING are: introducing high quality manuscripts,active column design,automatic management of editing,strengthening cooperation with other journals,strengthening the study and training of the editors,improving the self-quality of the editors in charge,strengthening the construction of the editing committee and specialists,strengthening the construction of the correspondents,and strengthening the construction of the authors and readers.
