In recent years,patent applications in the field of electro-acoustic musical instrument increase rapidly.But not only because many applicants are not yet familiar with the examination and approval procedures of the patent application,but also due to the improvement of the electro-acoustic musical instruments patent applications tend to focus on the processing capabilities of the processor,generally including the claims involving product hardware structure and related to improved processing methods.Improper composition is likely to result in following defects that the technical solution of the application has been opened,or patent specification is not sufficient,or the claims are not supported by the specification,or the claims are not clear.The writing skill of patent application of the electro-acoustic instrument is listed through analyzing such kind of applications and it is expected to be helpful to applicants.
