On Reliability and Validity of College Students Appraisal of Teaching

Appraisal of teaching made by student,as an important part of educational quality evaluation,is effective means to ensure and improve college teaching quality.However in fact,there are many factors such as the error in the goal of student appraisal of teaching、the imperfect index of appraisal、the diversity among students and improper result reduction etc during carrying out student appraisal of teaching.To solve these problems,it is necessary to erect correct goal of appraisal,build scientific and rational evaluation index system,strengthen propagation and enhance the stuff of evaluator;make correct treatment to the outcome of Student appraisal of teaching so as to improve the appraisal's reliability and validity.
