Aiming at management current status of welded pipe property data used in the Second West to East Gas Pipeline,a data management system for statistic data of welded pipe property tests was developed.This system adopts C/S mode of two level-three layer,using Oracle 10g and VC++ to establish property data base system,transmit property tests data by net and stores in server.The statistical analysis is carried out through interactive inquire and intuitionistic illustration,thereby realizes data management,documents transmission,standard technical condition management,statistical analysis,figure display,report formation and so on.This developed system plays a significant role in analyzing and evaluating the whole quality for welded pipe,quality control and continuous improvement.
