Performance Analysis of Incremental-opportunistic-relay Amplify-and-forward Technique over Nakagami-m

Outage probability and throughput over Nakagami-m of incremental relaying using opportunistic with amplify and forward were investigated.Closed-form expressions for the outage probability and throughput were also derived under the mode of Maximal Ratio Combining(MRC) and Selection Combining(SC) including direct link at arbitrary SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) regime.Computer simulation verifies the analysis.The incremental relaying using opportunistic and opportunistic without incremental relaying was compared.Simulation shows that the outage probability and spectral efficiency of the incremental relaying using opportunistic outperforms the opportunistic relaying.
