Current status of the large machineries in the INET and ideas of reform

In this article we show that reform of the current management system is necessary by analyzing the usage statistics of the large machineries.We propose that Resource to be shared inside INET first.We also explain the critical importance of building a platform of large machineries for the development of the new technology platform.
