SQ and strategy of neonate touching application in community

Objective: To get a general idea about the SQ of neonate touching application in community and put forward the countermeasures for nursing the neonate,and to provide a solution for nursing work.Methods: Home survey method,asking question face to face by professional staff and self-designed questionnaire were used to investigate the neonate touching application,which were divided into the touching group and non-touching group at random to contrast the research.Results: 29.29% neonates of the total were applied the touching technique.Variance had statistical significance(P0.01)in the scores of touching group' parents which were higher than those of non-touching group in these aspects such as education degree,month income per capita of family,having touching training experience,having touching training need and so on.Conclusion: The application and generalization of neonate touching are not conducted very well,may be related to parents' education degree,month income per capita of family,having touching training experience and so on.So we need to strengthen propaganda education,touching training and guidance of application,of neonate touching.
