The paper analyzes status quo of power grid operation and management in dispatch and control integration mode.Starting with intelligent grid monitoring,fault diagnosis and decision-making support system,the paper utilizes the advantages of information technology,and devises and implement the intelligent grid monitoring,fault diagnosis and decision-making support system based on base data of dispatch,for the purpose of improving intelligent control of power grid and ensuring the safe,reliable and economical operation of power grid.
