Most of the current NFDS(Networks Fault Diagnosis System) are based on the ES(Expert System).They are defective in real-time and precision of diagnosis.By making use of the stronger learning ability,speedy and precision in small samples diagnosis of the SVM,a new NFD scheme is designed and applied in small samples of the actual measurement.It enhances the capability of ES in diagnosis.And the feasibility and availability for this scheme verified.
