APPLICATION OF DIGITAL CR MAMMOGRAPHY IN BREAST SCREENING

[0bjective] To discuss the significance of using digital CR mammography in breast screening. [Methods] During 2006 to 2007,about 1490 women were screened by digital CR mammography. [Results] The total morbidity of them was 14.97%. 6 cases were detected to be breast cancer,accounted for 0.41%. The morbidity of women in 40-44 years old group was the highest,accounted for 21.88%;and the morbidity among women aged 45 to 49 years was 17.07%;The sensitivity and specificity of digital CR mammography were 83.33% and 94.28%,and the accurate was 91.02%. [Conclusion] Using digital CR mammography can find early breast cancer in breast screening.
