The hardware circuit of SVG system in this paper is composed of SVG main circuit and control system hardware circuit.The main circuit consists of transformer,inductance devices,voltage-source inverter,diode bridge rectifier and DC side capacitors.The hardware circuit of the control system is composed of controller,pulse generator,PLC,peripheral circuit and protective circuit.The simiulink simulation with MATLAB verifies that no matter network supplies inductive load or capacitive load,SVG can maintain voltage and current of AC network in phase.This shows that the SVG system hardware circuit has fairly good compensation effect.
