A Review Study on Two Basic Models of DEA

This paper mainly discussed on the two basic models of data envelopment analysis.Firstly,the study of DEA models was briefly reviewed;and then,the two basic DEA models,CCR model and BBC model,and other transformed formats based on CCR model were presented and discussed;lastly,a comparison between CCR model and BCC model was made and the result shows that the set of feasible activities,which is called production possibility set,is different for the CCR model and for the BCC model respectively.The frontiers of the CCR model have linear characteristics,while those of the BCC model have piece-wise linear and concave characteristics.
