Because of the structural complexity of missile weapon systems and the limitation of decision-maker's knowledge, the indicators of performance evaluation are often vague and subjective. Therefore, how to translate the fuzzy attribution value into fixed value becomes an issue to be addressed first. In this paper,a weighted average method is introduced to translate the fuzzy attribution value into fixed value, and TOPSIS theory is introduced to evaluate the system. On this basis, the paper uses this method to model and analyze missile weapon systems, and uses Matlab to simulate and compute a specific example. The simulation result shows that the algorithm can effectively and efficiently translate fuzzy attribution value into fixed value, and can provide reliable conclusion for decision-makers.
