Research and Practice of CDMA Wireless Coverage of High-Speed Railway

Combined with the communication characteristics between the users inside the train and the basic station,the penetration loss of the train body,the traffic capacity along the high-speed railaway,the Doppler effect and mobile communication switch in high-speed movement are analyzed,and the coverage suggestions of CDMA network along the high-speed railway are presented.Combined with reverse link budget for different scenarios,the recommendations for station construction are also proposed.Meanwhile,the mathematical model of the system capacity is formulated,the medium-and long-term system capacity planning also done.Finally the coverage situation of the commercial inter-city high-speed railway between Shanghai and Nanjing is discussed in detail.
