Evaluation Model of Materiel Support Plan Based on Neural Network

To solve the problems,such as lack of evaluation for materiel support plan in work phase,subjectivity in weight ascertaining of traditional evaluation methods and it is difficult to obtain expertise of experts,the paper established an evaluation index system of the support concepts according to support facts,by defuzzification of the qualitative index in the index system with centrobaric method and calculating the offset with genetic algorithm.Then,an evaluation model base on BP neural network was proposed,by training and predicting the data of materiel support plan,the evaluation model shows fast convergence,high adaptability and preferable result.The result can be a useful consult for evaluate materiel support plan.
