Analog Circuits Fault Diagnosis of Neural Network Combine Information Fusion

For enhancement the accuracy of analog circuit fault diagnosis,a method,that utilizes imformation fusion technology and neural network in the analog circuit fault diagnosis,was proposed.Taking the output voltage and current of analog circuits as information source,and the neural network as the center of information fusion,the capability of fault diagnosis in analyog circuits is improved greatly.The simulations of diagnosis example indicate that taking the information fusion technology to process fault diagnosis is more accurately than the voltage value as fault eigenvector alone to process diagnosis.The paper provided a new and effective method for the analogous circuit fault diagnosis.
