Combination forecasting model based on vectorial angle cosine and IOWGA operator

In this paper,an optimal combination forecasting model is proposed based on the combination of vectorial angle cosine and the induced ordered weighted geometric averaging(IOWGA) operator.And the conception of superior combination forecasting is given.By taking the combination forecasting of tax revenue as an example,the presented combination forecasting model to be proved to be effective and reasonable and it is a kind of superior combination forecasting.
