Research & Design of Uncertainty Reasoning Model in Automatic Library Classification System

The design and development of an automatic library classification expert system is discussed in the paper.After analyzing the traditional way that books are classified in the library,the paper points out the shortage of classifying by hand,then systematically realizes an ideal uncertainty reasoning of the automatic library classification system,and makes a trial in the plan,design and implementation of the automatic library classification expert system which aids the cataloguing staff in literature′s classifying.
