Combat Capability Evaluation of ATR based on TOPSIS

Performance evaluation of ATR is an important research field in ATR resrarch.Aiming at the drawbacks in the existing research works,this paper lays emphsises on analyzing the conception of ATR performance,the indexes of ATR performance and establishing a performance evaluation model based on TOPSIS,while the rationality of the indexes and the applicability of the evaluation model are analysed.Some important problems in ATR performance evaluation are resolved,and all these will deserve military applied value in practice.
