The Influence of Different Intensity Exercise on the Expression of NOS in Rat Hippocampus CAI Area

Objective:to investigate the influence of middle intensity and high intensity exercise on the expression of NOS in rat hippocampus CAⅠ areas.Methods: treadmill training was adopted to set up the model of Rats'middle intensity and high intensity exercise and means of the SABC in immunohistochemistry was used to manifest the expression of NOS in rat hippocampus CAⅠ area.Results: In neuron cytoplasm of pyramidal layer and molecule layer of rat hippocampus CAⅠarea,we obviously observed positive expression of nNOS,iNOS and eNOS.Positive expression of three NOS was middle intensity exercise group high intensity exercise groupcomparison group,each group have significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion: High intensity exercise intensifies NOS expression in CAⅠ area of hippocampus,and middle intensity exercise does more.We presume that different intensity exercise may affect the ability of learning and memory and the appearance of nerve center fatigue.
