Through the three paradigms of relational database normative theory,this paper makes paradigm design of traditional deformation monitoring database.Its purpose is to improve the commonality,sharing and security of the database;and obtains the conclusion that the second paradigm design may be last paradigm design for the deformation monitoring database.
