Multi-hierarchical Blackboard Model for Communication Intercept Information Fusion

In this paper,a hierarchical blackboard model for intelligent fusion system of communication intercept information is brought forward.The architecture of this blackboard model and its implementation method are discussed,and some key algorithms and an application example are presented.The universality of this model in such kind of problem,in which the relation among all sub blackboards tends to be hierarchical,is pointed out finally.
