Design and implementation of real-time network traffic monitoring and analysis system

Network traffic monitoring and analysis is an essential part of network management and network security. A realtime network traffic monitoring and analysis system based on deep packet inspection (DPI), named as RT-TMA, was developed and its framework and the implementation method of key techniques are given in this paper. The experiment results show that the system has stability and accuracy and achieves the desired results.
