By using the PPP protocol,L2TP-VPN establishes a second layer of the tunnel,the data of the second layer is encapsulat-ed within the IP packet for transmission,and through digital certificate for authentication,which provides a personal and secure connection to the campus network,you can enable remote access,resource sharing,and network management and other services.
