A Discussion on How to Evaluate the Data-collection Quality of NOC Application Forms with Six-Sigma Factors

To compare the level of the Organizational Code Documents Work by quantitative analysis, it is a new try to use Six-Sigma factors in the evaluation of data-collection quality about the Organizational Code Application Forms. With these factors,we can improve the positivity of workers and promote the accuracy of NOC data,thus a base for the usage of NOC information in social credibility system construction come into being.
