To study of the combat effectiveness evaluation of advanced fighter plane,a uniform index system that was applicable in air combat and air-to-ground attack is proposed. It deduced the capability by power series. For the importance of each factor in the index system, fuzzy AHP is used to deduce the estimate values of each factor. The simulation proved the practicability and the validity of the power series and fuzzy AHP used in the study of combat effectiveness evaluation of advanced fighter plane.
