Study and Implement of the Valve-turnoff Analysis in Urban Water Supply Network under GIS

After analyzing the elements of Valve-turnoff in urban water supply distribution network accident,the Valve-turnoff scheme and computer algorithm are presented based on studying data management of water supply distribution network under GIS environment.Finally,the method is successfully used in practice.
