Consideration of the Problems Related to Computer Crime

Compared with common crime, crime can be more dangerous to the society and every country pays great attention to dealing with it. But until recently, consensus hasn't been reached on defying crime both on abroad and at home. Different Scholars have given their own definitions for crime in their own respects. For my part, it is necessary to study the concept computer thoroughly, which will be of great magnificence. That will be closely related to present crime in advance, reduce the rate of crimes, and launch an anti-computer crime campaign. Thus, I propose some solutions in this thesis.
