Explore of Maxwell's Equations Establishing

From the perspective of relativity,charge of electromagnetic field effect should be the result from static charge of electrostatic effect through space-time coordinate transformation.Therefore the equations describing electromagnetic effect from static phenomena can be obtained from the space-time transformation relation theory——Lorentz transformation,it is proved in this paper.
