The agent issues and exploration of its solutions

There is agent issue as long as there likely exists client agent relationship. The core of solving the agent issue is to match the residual control claim and the surplus occupation claim which means to a-chieve a sound integration of the goals between the client and the agent. Therefore, feasible incentive ways should be chosen so as to drive agents to achieve client goals.
