Pointing to the instability in the workload and easy to dead in historical inquiry consisted in the early SCADA system and by optimizing the designs of system architecture, data load, data flows and data control, to improve the data exchange mechanism fundamentally, to eliminate destabilizing factors in the SCADA system, the data exchange mechanism is optimized, the destabilizing factor is eliminated and the stable operation in SCADA system of Jinan Steel’s 210 t converter is achieved.
