Taking South-to-North Water Transfer Project as the research object,it put forward an overall structure of South-to-North Water Transfer Project group considering the level dimension.Based on the general theory of the project group and the project group management,using the thoughts and ideas of integrated management,combing with the factual situation of the Project,the integrated management problem of South-to-North Water Transfer project group is researched and analyzed deeply and a conceptual model about the integrated management is established.The connotation of information,goal,factor,process and organization integration of the project group and the relationship between the five aspects are stated.
