Display Random Code in the C

Proposes actual problem that random code is occurred while text file is displayed with C#. Then the paper analyzes and investigates the occurrence of random code, the encoding format of ANSI and Unicode. The encoding rule of ANSI and Unicode is given and the conversion of ANSI, UTF-8,Unicode big endian, etc into Unicode is implemented in the paper. Finally the random code problem is solved in displaying file with C#.
