Aiming at the SCSA' weakness that falls into local optimization easily,improves the SC-SA by introducing hyper mutation and adaptive step mechanism.After testing the typical Benchmark examples,it shows that the IACSA improves the ability of searching the global optimization and the quality of solutions.
