Effectiveness evaluation of aerial warfare’s logistic support organization and command contains many quantitative and qualitative indexes, and there are many difficulties to evaluate these indexes reasonably. In order to solve these problems, the cloud model is proposed.Indexes system of aerial warfare’s logistic support organization and command is erected. The algorithm of effectiveness evaluation based on cloud model is presented, and the evaluation result is given by cloud generator, theory of cloud model is introduced. One example is given, the analysis of result proves that this method is effective and feasible to solve the transform between qualitative concepts and their quantitative expression in the effectiveness evaluation of aerial warfare’s logistic support organization and command.
