Yielding Method of Uniformly Distuributing Random Noise lmage

A method to yield a noise image corrupted by random impulse is proposed. and aprogram example is given to show how to realize the uniformly distributing condition in yieldingrandom impulse pixels in an image. The simulation resull shows that the histogram distributionperformance of the noise image in this method is superior to that of WiT software.
