Link-style discovery service method based on extended ONS

The latest EPC discovery service methods are summarized.On this basis,a link-style discovery service method based on Extended ONS is put forward.The storage problem of EPC item’s present position is resolved by extending ONS static infor- mation,and points databases are maintained in enterprise’s EPCIS,thus link-style discovery service is implemented.This method’s working process is introduced in detail,its key points such as reliability and security is carefully discussed,and corresponding re- solving strategies are put forward.At last,this method is compared with others in many aspects,and its superiority is demonstrated.
