Research and implementation of streaming service over 3G network

With the rapid development of mobile wireless network and multimedia technology,real-time video transportation on wireless networks becomes a hot field.Adopting MPEG-4 standard to compress the video streaming data,using the transport level protocols RTP/RTCP and the session level protocol RTSP/SDP,a high-quality streaming sever system based on CDMA20001X is designed and an end to end adaptive feedback congestion control scheme based on RTP/RTCP is presented.
