Apply The Rolling-Wave Project Plan To The Software Development

The planning of a project would be less predictable,when the requirement of software is not finalized at the beginning.And it would make the Cost and Time and Quality are not well balanced to complete the project.An iterative software development process is introduced here to couple with the software project with witch the requirement is changed constantly.In this process,it uses the Rolling-Wave Project Planning and Use Case Driven Development to make the planning more predictable and the execution of the project is easier to trace and control,to finish the project with satisfied quality and budgeted time and cost.
