To adapt users' changeable query demand, the query system have to design constantly, aiming at the tra-ditional development method of MIS,a sort of universal query platform based on data dictionary is proposed,aim-ing at solving the not-general defect of query subsystem in MIS. Improved on the extensibility and universality of data dictionary,it can generate SQL and Web interface automatically without programming, which makes it possi-ble to realize universal query. It improves the efficiency and quality of development.
