The investigation simulation method for sugarcane manual cutting

Discussed that quality of sugarcane root cutting directly relate to the quality of stubble and losses of mass in harvesting. In mechanized harvesting, high damage feasibility of stubbles and high loss rate highly impact the spread of sugarcane harvester, while manual cutting always performs low loss rate and good cutting quality. In order to study manual cutting theory, analyzes the process of sugarcane manual cutting by sliw-motion technology. A swing-hammer cutting tester was made according to sugarcane manual cutting, and it provides a test-bed for further research of sugarcane manual cutting.
