A Study of Fuzzy Evaluation Model and Quantitative Evaluation With Synthetical Estimation Index to S & T Information Staff

In this paper, the authors made an approach to assessmentmethods for S T information staff by means of synthetical estimationindex system combined the absolute with relative and qualitative withquantitive. They arranged S T information work in categories, definedthe standerd work hours and revising coefficient for each work accordingto its category and character, and formed fuzzy synthetical evaluationmodel for S T information staff on basis of established estimationsystem of finished work and manner toward it. By using the model thequantitative estimtation of S T information staff shall be conducted.
